THE CARE BEHIND EVERY PLATE

Our amazing team arrives bright and early at 6:45 AM, ready to serve! From preparing fresh pickled onions and warming burger buns to crafting every single sandwich with tender brisket, pickles, and delicious BBQ sauce, a lot of love goes into each meal.

Saturday starts with love.

Arriving at the day labor center, we are always greeted by people patiently waiting in line. Simple acts truly go a long way—handing someone a warm, freshly made barbecue sandwich, a hot cup of coffee, and a bottle of water, paired with a bright morning greeting, has an amazing way of turning their entire day around. Love has a wonderful reciprocal effect. When we pour care into our community, their smiles and gratitude cheer us right back up. It is a mutual blessing, and we are so grateful for the chance to share hope and connection one meal at a time.
